100g oyster mushrooms
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Liquid mixture
4 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (or 4 tbsp buttermilk)
2 tbsp plain flour (skip the flour if you use buttermilk)
1/4 teaspoon salt
Coating
6 tbsp plain flour
1/8 teaspoon paprika
pinch of salt and pepper
Vegetable oil for frying
