Suggested ingredients:
1 onion, sliced
1 leek, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
1 celery stick, sliced
2 bay leaves
2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
2-4 tbsp white wine
2 sprigs of parsley and/or thyme, optional
1-2 tbsp butter
shrimp shells, lobster shells, fish bones, crab shells
