Originally written for a beauty/weight loss diet, this Glowing Green Smoothie recipe has been the only smoothie I've drank in years. The add-blend-add-blend-add-blend pattern between ingredients actually makes a difference in the consistency, so pay attention!
Glowing Green Smoothie

1.5 cups water
1 chopped head of romaine
handful/1 cup/half a bunch of spinach
2-4 stalks of celery
half a bunch of parsley or cilantro (optional)
juice of half a lemon
