Bignaloti: Sicilian Spicy Stuffed Bread Recipe

for Halloween, Day of the Dead parties

Ingredients:
1 recipe of pizza dough
2 tbsp oil/butter
2 large onions, thinly sliced
12-18 ounces sausage, casing removed (or your favorite spicy vegetable/vegan mix)

Bake: 400F/200C for 15 minutes, then 350F/175C for 20-25 minutes
