Swiss Chard Wonton Raviolis

Swiss Chard Wonton Raviolis

My favorite little snack to keep in the freezer and an easy way to sneak in some greens. You can use any green here. If you’re using a thin leaf, like spinach, blanch it in boiling water, drain, and squeeze out excess water. Then proceed to assemble the raviolis. Also, I like to make little cannolis (open-ended burritos), rather than raviolis.
