Tahini Breakfast Cookie
1 cup almond flour
3/4 cup tahini
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup chocolate chips or 1.5 chocolate bars, chopped
*Alternative - add an extra egg and half a cup of coconut flour; replace the maple syrup with half a cup of coconut sugar.
