Roasted Fish & Tahini Sandwich
Who’d of thunk that fish and tahini can complement each other?! In this ‘technique,’ you’ll mis tahini with fresh herbs, and coat roasted fish in the sauce. Then pair with fresh pickled red cabbage and a fresh pita/flatbread for an oddly satisfying and nutritious meal!
Because it’s not really a ‘recipe,’ there aren’t measurements to give. Use equal parts of tahini and butter, then mix in a variety of herbs as you have them available. I’d start with 1 tablespoon each of butter and tahini for two servings of fish.
